Hey everyone, this is my first spring makeup tutorial for 2013. This is great for everyday looks and casual/ dressy occasions as well. I will be uploading another Spring Makeup Tutorial with a Pop of Color for those who love's color on their eyes and not more of a safe go to neutral look.
